What we collect

Your submitted text or audio, submission time, and processing information. A name is optional. Leave it blank to stay anonymous. If you give a name, it stays private to staff unless you separately tick permission to include it on share files. You do not need an account.

Optional follow-up

If you tick the follow-up box, provide an email address or phone number. Authorised church staff may use it to contact you about this testimony. Contact details are never included in images, videos or text downloads. If you leave the box unticked, contact fields are not stored. These details follow the same deletion schedule as the testimony. Follow-up consent is separate from permission to share your testimony and is not consent to marketing.

Voice recordings

Media is stored on Cloudinary as authenticated raw assets. The original recording is stored privately while we modify its pitch. Only the modified recording is available in the staff portal. The original is deleted after successful processing. Failed or stalled submissions containing an original are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Storage failures can delay deletion; cleanup retries until storage is available.

Voice modification does not guarantee anonymity. Your words, accent, background sounds and circumstances may still identify you. Use a text testimony if you prefer not to share your voice.

Review and sharing

Authorised church staff can review your submission and export it for sharing. By submitting, you agree that your testimony may be shared by the church. Please do not include information in the testimony itself that you do not want others to hear or read. Staff must check the spoken or written content for identifying details before sharing.

Retention and deletion

Active testimonies remain available until staff remove them. Trashed testimonies are retained for 15 days, then scheduled for permanent removal of the record and its media. Exported copies already shared outside this portal cannot be recalled here. Contact Faith Assembly, Nungua directly if you need help with a submission.

Security information

We keep short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit spam and login abuse. These expire and are cleaned up by the worker. Staff actions are recorded in an activity log. Hosting and storage providers may retain operational logs and backups under their own policies.
